About Me
I’m a licensed therapist with over seven years of experience specializing in OCD and anxiety spectrum disorders. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate OCD, panic, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, phobias, and other anxiety-related concerns using evidence-based treatments including ERP, ACT, CBT, and mindfulness.
My own experience with OCD inspired me to become a therapist and continues to shape the way I approach this work. I know firsthand how convincing OCD can be—and how difficult it can feel to resist the urge to seek certainty, avoid discomfort, or engage in compulsions, even when they pull you further away from the life you want. That experience allows me to approach therapy with both professional expertise and genuine empathy, helping you gradually face fears, reduce avoidance, and reconnect with the people, activities, and values that matter most
As a queer therapist, I also have a passion for working with LGBTQ+ individuals. I understand how meaningful it can be to work with someone who recognizes the ways identity, relationships, and lived experiences can shape mental health, and I strive to provide care that is both affirming and culturally responsive.
I believe that OCD, anxiety, and other mental health challenges often pull us away from the people, activities, and values that matter most. My goal is to help you reconnect with those parts of your life so you can move toward what is meaningful to you, rather than letting fear or discomfort dictate your choices.
Outside the therapy room I enjoy musical theatre, crocheting, my cat Liam, swimming, comedy, and spending time with loved ones.
